At Petfect Companions, we proudly ship worldwide to over 200+ countries. All orders are processed and dispatched with care to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience.


🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link by email or SMS.


🌍 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your region, shipping method, and order value.

We offer multiple options such as:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Priority/Express Shipping

  • Free Shipping on qualifying orders

Your exact shipping rate will be displayed at checkout after entering your shipping address.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by region:

  • United States: 4–12 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5–15 business days

  • Canada: 5–16 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These estimates do not include processing time.

Tracking information will be sent automatically once your order has shipped.

If you have not received your tracking email within 5 days, please contact us.


Possible Delays

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.

📦 CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES

Orders shipping outside of the origin warehouse may be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

We do not charge VAT, customs fees, or import duties at checkout.

Any taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

⚠ IMPORTANT NOTICE

Some countries may impose additional import restrictions or fees we cannot control.
By placing an order, you agree to comply with your country’s import laws and cover any applicable charges.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We support shipments to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
